For every professional KonProz team also conducts an assessment through telephonic / video call as per KonProz SOPs before approving each profile.

Under our “No Question Asked Policy,” we will provide you with a replacement professional at no additional cost. However, if the replacement professional charges a higher consultancy fee, any excess fee will need to be borne by the client.

You may write to us on [email protected] requesting a replacement of the professional chosen by you and provide cogent reasons for your dissatisfaction with the service provided. We shall look into the same and strive to resolve any lacunas in the service or provide you with a replacement at the earliest and as per the Terms of Service.

KonProz Dealz are exclusively business acquisition opportunities available to the subscribers of KonProz.com. Subject to the Terms of our Service, only professionals who have subscribed to KonProz.com can participate, bid and supply professional services required for the transactions under KonProz Dealz.

There are no standard consultation charges levied by KonProz.com. Professionals who have subscribed to KonProz.com decide the amount of fee to be charged by them for their consultation/services, and such charges may vary from Professional to Professional and service to service. While we are working towards integrating more payment gateways to our platform, currently we accept and remit payments through Stripe and Instamojo. 

Mentorship on KonProz.com will allow you to learn from an expert directly. Choose the field you want to work in and choose a professional who will mentor you and help you pave your path towards the dream goal you wish to achieve.

In order to become a mentor on KonProz.com, you need to be an expert on the subject or field in which you wish to act as a mentor. Once you are subscribed to us as a mentor, you may start your journey by mentoring other Professionals, students or individuals who schedule your time for mentorship.

KonProz.com allows Professionals and clients to engage on both short term and long term assignments/ projects as per their convenience and requirement. The time required for undertaking an assignment/ project can be discussed between the professionals and the clients who choose to work with them.

Yes, consultation is possible through both offline and online modes. KonProz provides customised consultation facilities as per the convenience and requirements of Professionals and their clients. You may choose an audio chat, video chat or an in-person consultation as per your convenience.

KonProz does not limit your choice of selecting more than one professional at one time, you may opt to book multiple professionals under our Combo Professional services.

KonProz provides its subscribers with on-demand access to physical offices for meetings and consultations. Our co-workspaces and meeting rooms are currently available at 200+ locations in more than 30 cities.

KonProz Project Management Services are focused on assisting clients in effectively planning, executing, and controlling their projects.
